First off, thank you for purchasing our products and taking a step to improve your health! Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the order has been received. You will receive subsequent emails as we process your order, keeping you updated along the way. We do our best to fulfill your order within 3 business days but if we forsee any issues, we will contact you via the email address you entered when you placed your order.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then track your package using this number to determine its arrival date. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently ship to all 50 states in the US and to all provinces in Canada. As we are able to offer shipping to other coutries, we will list them here. If you live in a country other than those listed here, please email us directly at email@example.com for a personalized shipping quote. Simply provide your shipping address and what products you would like to purchase and we'll get back you ASAP.
For shipping in the US: We charge a flat-rate of $8 for all orders under $100 and any order over $100 gets free shipping!
For Shipping to Canada: 1 box of bars = $14.99, 2 boxes of bars = $18.99 and 3 boxes of bars = $25.99.

Depending in which country you live, there may be additional fees and costs associated with your purchase. Your purchase with us will only include the cost of shipping the item(s) to you. Please note that we are not responsible for any import/customs/duty fees or taxes that may be imposed on your package. Know that these extra costs may vary from country to country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refund Policy
We personally inspect each item prior to packaging to ensure they are free of damage or defects. Once the package is given to the shipping carrier, however, we cannot guarantee the condition in which it will arrive. If your item(s) come damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
